Joining our family is a great thrill for us! Chelsea and her team work around the clock to design, sew and grow what we feel is one of the best dancewear brands out there! (we might be biased! lol) We are a family run business where you can find Chelsea behind a sewing a machine, her Mom working in our costume showroom, a best friend behind the camera and 4 of our favorite ladies in our warehouse making every piece that you see on our website!

We DO NOT require exclusivity... Life is too short! Take all the opportunities! 

We do not care about the number of followers you have, how you placed at comp, or if you're considered the best dancer at your studio! We focus on the desire to create! We are a company full of artists and creators and we celebrate all who share that same desire!

We expect you to be active! You must be a current and active customer of Chelsea B Dancewear! Post in your CB Gear! Like and comment on our accounts! Interact with your other CB girl accounts! CB Girls get  discounts on model call photoshoots.. which is a way for us to meet you and get you in front of the lens to join our next tiers and be used in our marketing! 

We are excited to announce a way to reward those CB Girls who continually go above and beyond. They share, they post, they are 100% positive towards their CB sisters!

CB Girl Elites are invite only... they receive a larger discount towards new collections and even a chance to shop early on some drops! 

Free Model Call opportunities (with our main photographer)  and invites to exclusive photoshoots and events! 

CB Girl Elites can only be chosen from our current pool of CB Girls! This is our way of making sure we grow the best fam ever and our way of saying thank you for your dedication and belief in us!

CB GIRL VIP is our top tier.. for those Ride or Die CB Girls! 

CB Girl VIP's are hand picked. They fully support other CB Girls, demonstrate kindness, can always be found sporting Chelsea B Dancewear and can be found at any time of day... DANCING! 

VIP CB Girls get to design a mini drop with Chelsea! They also get a bigger discount.. like BIG! Get to be the face of campaigns, featured in our marketing and complimentary photoshoots and or model calls (with our main photographer)! VIP's are expected to be active on social media, active in the dance world, create content on their own and be exclusive 

(except for a few brands that we have found to have great working relationships with!) VIP's also get free entry to CB FEST! As well as getting the chance to assist our choreographers during CB Fest.. when they graduate they are moved to our CB Mentors.. and given opportunities to teach at CB Fest or other events to use on their resume! 

We expect kindness. All around! 

We ask to refrain from tik toks or posts with vulgar or suggestive language. 

We also work very hard to try to keep unsavory accounts away and ask that you do as well. This is probably our biggest issue and we will have to let you go as a CB girl if we notice your account can be inviting the wrong kind of attention. This protects your CB family as well.
